From May 7-8, 2019, TSC Auto ID and Printronix Auto ID hosted our first ever combined partner conference in Itasca, Ill.
With our recent acquisition of Diversified Labeling Solutions (DLS), the timing couldn’t be better to honor our valued partners and discuss ways to move forward with mutual success under the apt conference theme of “Stronger Together.”
Over two jam-packed days, value-added reseller (VAR) and distributor partners from the Americas joined the TSC, Printronix, and DLS teams for events both fun and fulfilling.
On May 7, attendees gathered at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa to learn more about our new joint partner program; the benefits – and advantages – provided by DLS regarding supplies; our new brand values and product roadmap; the Elite Support Program; and different ways to boost one’s income as a value-added reseller.
Afterwards, everyone boarded shuttles to dinner and a special event at Topgolf, where all attending were able to sit back, relax, and see who did (and did not) have the greatest golf swing.
Then, on May 8, attendees had the opportunity to venture to the DLS headquarters in Itasca – perhaps one of, if not the, most exciting events of all.
After watching new product presentations, watching showcased products being demoed in action, and attending additional training sessions, our partners toured the DLS facilities to see how impressive their footprint and products really are.
Overall, this first joint partner conference was a tremendous success.
